Jake Van Daele
Owner, CEO & President
Jake founded Proper House Development after nine years leading real estate development and construction management across Southern California, most recently as Chief Operating Officer of P. Joseph Development — where he directed acquisition, entitlement, and delivery on projects totaling more than $260M in completed value.
He now serves as both developer and owner's representative on active projects across Los Angeles County, the Inland Empire, and Orange County — leading land acquisition, entitlement strategy, bid leveling, and construction oversight from site control through Certificate of Occupancy.
